THE OBJECTIVE
목적
In a project to produce promotional materials for customer convenience services provided by KB Kookmin Card's Travel Business Team, YNL Design had to deliver the convenience that customers can experience visually. The one-stop service for business trips provided through dedicated managers in each field, such as airlines, hotels, and rental cars, provides customers with a positive brand experience, comfortable and enjoyable travel. We tried to capture the brand experience provided by KB Card in the promotional material through an intuitive design that allows users to recognize the contents of these services at a glance.
KB국민카드 여행사업팀에서 제공하는 고객 편의 서비스의 홍보물을 제작하는 프로젝트로 YNL Design은 고객이 경험할 수 있는 편의를 시각적으로 전달해야 했습니다. 항공, 호텔, 렌터카 등 분야별 전담 매니저를 통한 출장 one-stop 서비스는 고객에게 편안하고 즐거운 여행이라는 긍정적인 브랜드 경험을 제공합니다. 이러한 서비스의 내용을 한눈에 알아볼 수 있는 직관적인 디자인을 통해 KB카드가 제공하는 브랜드 경험을 홍보물에 담아내고자 했습니다.
THE SOLUTION
해결방안
YNL Design expressed a comfortable and enjoyable trip that customers will experience through one-stop business trip service provided through dedicated managers in each field, such as airline, hotel, and rental car, through artwork on the theme of imagining a trip over an airplane window. In addition, we developed icons that symbolize each service and a system where all service icons can be used together as a single pattern. Icons that draw attention help convey the contents of the one-stop service friendlily to customers. For the convenience of VIP customers who receive promotional materials, we enhanced contents delivery through an orderly layout. Also, illustrations are expressed in bronze foil to deliver a sophisticated brand image.
YNL Design은 항공, 호텔, 렌터카 등 분야별 전담 매니저를 통한 출장 one-stop 서비스를 통해 고객이 경험하게 될 편안하고 즐거운 여행을 비행기 창문 너머로 여행의 모습을 상상한다는 컨셉의 아트웍으로 표현하였습니다. 또한 각 서비스를 상징하는 아이콘을 개발하였고 모든 서비스 아이콘을 함께 사용하여 하나의 패턴처럼 활용할 수 있도록 개발했습니다. 주목성이 돋보이는 아이콘은 고객에게 친근한 감성으로 one-stop 서비스의 내용을 전달할 수 있도록 돕습니다. 홍보물을 제공받는 VIP 고객의 편의를 고려하여 정돈된 레이아웃으로 전달력을 높였으며 일러스트를 브론즈박으로 표현하여 세련된 브랜드 이미지가 전달될 수 있도록 했습니다.
